| China Financial Policy Research Center (FRC)
The China Financial Policy Research Center (FRC) of Renmin University of China was restructured on the basis of the Finance and Securities Institute of Renmin University. It now includes Finance and Securities Institute, Public Finance & Taxation Institute and Venture Capital Development Research Center. Professor Huang Da, well-known in the academic field of finance, undertakes the duties of the honorary director of the center. Professor Chen Yulu and Professor Guo Qingwang serve as its first director successively.
With the tide of economic globalization, the development of internet, and the foundation of modern financial system, aiming at policy research, FRC is to promote the development of basic financial theories in China with the application of modern economic research techniques, through the medium of the infiltration of arts and natural science as well as the inter-junction of disciplines. FRC is expected to become a research base of finance with significant international influence.

Public Finance & Taxation Institute was set up by RUC and the government of Liaoning Province . Venture Capital Development Research Center
Venture Capital Development Research Center was established in 1998 and focuses on the research and practice of venture capital, especially the development of venture capital in China . In order to keep pace with the frontier of the world, the center sets up " Boston Chinese Venture Investment Research Center " which focuses on the study of advanced theory and experience of developed countries. Venture Capital Development Research Center pursuits the rule of integration of business, education and research, thus constructs the VC Venture Capital Consult company which aims to provide services for venture investors and program owners. Members of the center have delivered lots of papers on venture capital, among which "Venture Capital: Innovation and Finance" is the first monograph on venture capital. In addition, The center has also organized tow-time forums and taken several programs from Education Ministry, Information Industry Ministry, Science and technology Ministry and National Natural Science Fund.
