School of finance (SF) of RUC insists on developing our majors combining
the western and eastern knowledge, actively enhancing the communication
and cooperation within international economics & finance fields.
SF has built up a long-term communication and cooperation relationship
with many world-famous universities, such as Columbia University and
Illinois University in the US, the Australian National University
,Hitotsubashi University in Japan, etc. SF also employed many famous
economists as honorary professors, such as the Nobel Prize winner
Joseph Stiglite, Robert A. Mundell, famous financial economist Frederic
S. Mishkin, Ziv Bodie, Harrey S. Rosen, Jacques Stern etc. SF organizes
many kinds of international academic forums and conferences, of which
“Mundell-HuangDa lectures on economics” held every year
is the most important. Besides, we invite other professors and scholars
to teach at home and send our teachers abroad, aiming at the coordination
of the import and export of academic thoughts and accomplishments.
All of these effects have prompted us to learn from the eastern and
western development, and mean while internationalized our own achievements.
Following the tendency of international acedemic development, we will
build up school of finance a world first-class financial school.
