The Department of Applied Finance at School of Finance , Renmin University of China conducts top level research in all areas of applied finance including asset pricing, corporate finance, financial engineering and risk management, promoting knowledge for both the academia and the finance industry. Our faculty publishes regularly in high quality journals both internationally and domestically like Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Futures Markets, Economic Research, Quarterly Journal of Economics, etc. The department has a pool of talented students and offers arts of state courses like corporate finance, investment, risk management, credit management, financial engineering, investment banking, etc., for both graduate students and undergraduate students. To cater for the continuing demand for specialized education in this area, the Department of Applied Finance also offers courses that cover a wide spectrum of areas for financial managers and CFOs.
